TL;DR 

Hi, I am Martha Wamil, MBA.  So nice of you to stop by.

I have the eye of a designer, with the mind of a marketer. 

 

What’s the most important thing you need to know about me?

I am an experienced designer, art director, and marketing strategy with a fascination for branding and consumer behavior. In addition my professional management and freelance creative experience (see here) I have been able to cultivate my career and learn from the best in art school, ad school, and most recently, business school.

I moved around when I was young but for the last decade Miami, Florida has become my home.  Having seen the world through my own American eyes and also those of my Polish-immigrant family has certainly played a role in my upbringing.  I have been exposed to many cultural perspectives throughout my life, which is where I draw a lot of my inspiration and strategic insights.

How else do I solve creative problems, you're wondering? I have been lucky enough to be equipped with an incredible education where I collected a ton of knowledge in several disciplines of study.  I have recently completed my Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing, strategy, and management from University of Miami, where I also earned my BA in Studio Arts with minors in Architecture, Classics, and Religious Studies.  I also spent over a year in a post-graduate portfolio program studying art direction and creative advertising at the Miami Ad School (which is where I learned how to design this website). Throughout my education, I realized I love studying human beings, and why we have the behaviors we do.  Now, I am looking to create things with this knowledge; brands, businesses, and beyond.
